On a rainy morning on Saturday 5th December, a team made up of 4 members of YPSN Tabitha Logan, AMP, Su Yin Anand, Ince & Co, Sigvald Fossum, Gard & Thorbjorn Emmanuelsson, Gard took part in a 32km hike on the Hong Kong trail to raise money for the Sailor's Society Charity. There were 36 teams in total from a number of maritime companies who all worked hard together to complete this tough challenge! Team Hiking Award – Champion: “Happy Feet” (Gulf Oil Marine Ltd.) Team No. 33 Team Hiking Award – First Runner-up: “ReedSmith Richards Butler” (ReedSmith Richards Butler) Team No. 28 Team Hiking Award – Second Runner-up: “Wallem Walker” (Wallem Shipmanagement Limited) Team No. 18 Champion Fundraiser Award: “Latitude Brokers” (Latitude Brokers Hong Kong Limited) Team No. 16 The YPSN team came a respectable Fourth place and raised over HK$26,000 for the charity.
